About NSB

Since 2003, North Shore Billet has been designing and manufacturing premium CNC-machined bicycle components in Whister, British Columbia, Canada. Every part is machined in-house from aerospace-grade aluminum using our own CNC equipment, giving us complete control over quality, precision, and performance.

We're a small team of riders, machinists, engineers, and problem solvers who share one thing in common - we love bikes. Cycling isn't just our business; it's how we spend our weekends, test new ideas, and stay connected to the sport that inspires everything we build.

Every product starts with a simple question: Would we ride it ourselves? If the answer isn't yes, we keep improving it.

What We Believe

Great products are built from great details. From material selection and machining to finishing and quality control, every step happens under our roof so we can stand behind every component that leaves our shop.

Our goal isn't simply to manufacture parts - it's to create components that riders can trust for years of hard riding.

Where We Ride

Based in Whistler, we're fortunate to ride some of the best mountain biking terrain in the world. The demanding trails of the North Shore, Squamish, and Whistler continually push both riders and equipment, providing the perfect environment to develop and refine our products.
