Placing an Order

How will I know that my order was successfully placed?

You will receive a confirmation email from the NSB Shop. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number for your package.

What payment can I use to place an order?

We accept MasterCard & Visa. You can also use a PayPal account.

Is it possible to return a product?

You may return your unused product in the original packaging for a full refund of the parts price within 15 days. Expect a refund to your credit card within 7 days after we receive your return (although you may see it sooner). NSB will cover shipping costs for defective product(s). 

Prior to returning a product, please send us an email with your order number. If your return is regarding apparel items or accessories please send an email to sales@northshorebillet.com. Please do not send the package back until after communicating with an NSB representative.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. All items ship together according to the longest lead time. The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs department.

We base shipping amounts off the weight and size and where you are located (orders ship from Whistler, B.C.). Items are normally shipped via Canada Post or FedEx within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Transit time within Canada and the US can range from 1 to 10 business days.  Outside North America shipping times can be as long as 3 weeks.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days unless an item is out of stock.  You will be notified of the estimated shipping date if you ordered an out of stock item.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. It will contain a tracking number from the carrier that we have utilized to ship your package.

There is a problem with my shipment/my order never arrived, what should I do?
