Philosophy

Since 2003 North Shore Billet has been turning out high quality CNC machined products for the bicycle industry.  All of our parts are made in house on our own CNC milling machines out of aerospace grade aluminum.   We believe that superior materials help to make superior products. Utilizing the latest metal cutting technologies, high speed machining centers, and manufacturing cell techniques we are able to efficiently manufacture a wide variety of high precision parts.  Our internal quality control systems ensure parts are manufactured accurately and no out of spec parts leave the shop floor.  The combination of these processes allow us to maintain high levels of quality and quicker deliveries to our customers, all at competitive prices.

Each of us working at North Shore Billet have chosen to work in the bicycle industry because cycling is what we are passionate about. For us, biking is an integral part of our lives so we came together to form what we feel a company should be. There are times to work hard and there are times to relax and ride. It is from this passion for biking that we draw daily inspiration to try our best and make fine products that we would want to ride. Our philosophy is that excellence is found in the smallest details.
